all aspects - receptionists always very helpful, docs always listen and give you enough time, your always involved in the process.
always running late a negative - but I believe its because the doctors give you enough time - which I would rather have!!

as a new member greeted well, ASlthough over age of 74 had a good health check of referrals to Kingston Hospital as needed also date for blood test. Good to know I have a nominated GP that i can see each time.

theyr are very good to us. but i dont know why the docors wait to go children worst then after they give them something for sore throat infection. Otherwise we are happy for the service they are giving to us for last 7 years. Its a bit diffucult for woak from home it takes 40 mins when we come they give us nothing. There are some receptionists they are very helpful to us.

Doctors excellent manner and communication. Didnt feel rushed. Felt confident with doctor. Felt ast ease. Caring experience.
